Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration fee is listed in Singapore Dollars.
  2. Price includes prevailing taxes (Save for participants who will need the conference to submit invoice via Vendors@Gov, GST will apply)
  3. Each registration includes full access to the conference from 9 to 11 Dec 2025, exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches, a welcome reception and a Gala Dinner, and does not include access to short courses.
  4. Registration for Short Courses Only does NOT include access to the Conference Programme, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and Gala Dinner.


Important Notice for Author

  • Each accepted paper must be covered by at least ONE (1) Professional registration by 7st November 2025.
  • ONE (1) Professional Registration can only cover for ONE (1) Paper.
  • Please be advised that PHM Society follows a “no podium, no paper policy” so please ensure that your paper is presented by an author, co-author or a representative. Papers will be only be included in the proceedings if presented as Oral or Poster presentation.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation for registrations tagged to an accepted paper is not allowed.

Cancellations are allowed only if it has been requested on and before 27th October 2025. In case of cancellations, full registration less administration charges will be refunded to you.
